- We offer free delivery, 7 working days on all our products.
- Your order will arrive on or before the delivery window shown at checkout.
- We'll deliver from 7am.
- Our delivery partner Bensons for Beds will give you a call 30-60 minutes prior to your delivery to let you know they are on their way.
- Your products will be taken directly to your room of choice by our super strong 2-person delivery crew. However, if you would prefer them not to enter your home, that's not a problem. In that case, they will deliver / collect from your doorstep.
- All our deliveries are now non-contact where you don't need to sign.
- If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery, please visit the contact us page to get in touch.
- We currently don't deliver to the Scottish Highlands or Islands, the Isle of Wight, The Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, or Republic of Ireland. We continue to review and expand our delivery areas so if we cannot deliver to you just yet, please check back for future updates.

- We'll need access to a lift for any deliveries to higher than the second floor of a flat building. If no lift is available, our delivery partner may drop your package at the entrance of the building.
