We have used 30% more breathable foams in order to combat this, but every sleeper is different, so there is a possibility that some customers may still feel a little warm on their eve mattress. Hi Terry, We do apologise that your mattress delivery took much longer than expected. This was due to the parcel being lost in transit with our couriers. We are pleased that our team were able to promptly arrange a replacement for you, but we are sorry that you found it too firm and that you have had to return the mattress back to us.
