delivery

Getting your sleep goodies should be easy peasy so we have a few delivery services for you to choose from. Our couriers also now offer non-contact delivery where no signature is required - see non-contact delivery for the juicy details.

standard delivery

  • While we always try to offer free delivery, some areas might be charged. Worry not, we’ll include any delivery fees at checkout so you’re aware.
  • Your order will arrive on or before the get it by date shown at checkout.
  • We’ll deliver between 8am and 7pm.
  • The get it by date at checkout will tell you when your order’s due and can vary depending on where you live.
  • We’ll pop you an email once your order has been sent to let you know it’s on the way. This will usually be sent the evening before we deliver.
  • Your courier will update you on the day of delivery but they won’t call you on arrival, so keep an ear out for your doorbell (or knocker, or handle, or bell and whistle, or dog).
  • We’ll deliver to the entrance of your home. If you live in a block of flats, this is the main entrance of the flat building.
  • Up to three delivery attempts will be made by your courier. If you miss them the first time, they’ll leave you info about a re-delivery. If they can’t deliver after the third attempt, your order will be returned to us.
  • Once you’ve placed your order, we can’t put it on hold or amend your delivery date.

 

nominated day - choose your delivery day

  • This one does exactly what it says on the tin. Simply select a day for delivery at checkout and we’ll make sure it’s delivered then.
  • Nominated day delivery costs £6. If there’s a mattress in your order this will be £15.
  • We can’t offer nominated day delivery to some parts of the UK, so if it’s not showing up as an option at checkout then the service is not available in your area. Sorry about that.
  • The cut off time for next working day deliveries is 11am. If you’ve selected payment with interest free credit, your application will need to be verified by our finance partner before the cut off time for it to be delivered the next day.
  • We’ll pop you an email once your order has been sent to let you know it’s on the way. This will usually be sent the evening before we deliver.
  • Your courier will update you on the day of delivery.
  • Once your order is placed, we can’t put it on hold or amend your delivery date.

 

deliver, remove & recycle

  • Our Deliver, Remove and Recycle service takes your old mattress off your hands to recycle it while we deliver your new one. Reducing waste = everyone’s happy.
  • This service is only available on mattresses and cannot be used on bed frames. Currently we can’t offer the service to some parts of the UK, so if it’s not showing up as an option at checkout then the service is not available in your area. Sorry about that.
  • You can select this service by choosing a delivery date that includes mattress removal at checkout. This service costs £35.
  • If you added the Deliver, Remove and Recycle service to your order, we’ll deliver with a 2-man courier which includes delivery and collection from a room of your choice. If you’re in a block of flats, your courier can’t come higher than the third floor of the building unless there’s a lift (sorry).
  • Your courier will remove the same amount of mattresses that are delivered, so if you order two mattresses and choose mattress removal at checkout, they’ll collect two mattresses. If you order three and select mattress removal, they’ll collect three. And so on…
  • Don’t worry about bagging up your old mattress or dragging it down the stairs - your courier will take care of that.
  • We don't recommend leaving your old mattress outside as your courier might refuse to collect it and eve won't refund the collection fee. That's because any damage to the mattress outside can leave it unsafe for handling.
  • We’ll pop you an email the day before delivery to say your order is on its way. Your courier will then give you a two hour time slot so that you have a rough idea of when they’ll turn up.
  • Your courier will update you on the day of delivery.

  • Once your order is placed, we can’t put it on hold or amend your delivery date.

 

non-contact delivery

  • We now offer non-contact delivery where you don’t need to sign.
  • Usually, our 2-man couriers will enter your home to deliver or remove a mattress from a room of your choice, but if you don’t want them coming inside that’s not a problem. In that case the courier will deliver or remove from your doorstep.
  • If you are happy for them to come inside, the couriers should be wearing protective PPE. If they’re not wearing it, you can ask them to.

 

other important bits

  • Despite these testing times, all of our deliveries are still happening on time and on schedule. If anything changes we’ll let you know.
  • As soon as each of the items in your order has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number in it so you can keep an eye on your delivery. This will usually be the evening before your delivery.
  • If your order is being delivered by the courier Panther, it’ll be a 2-man courier which can be dropped off in a room of your choice. If your order isn’t being delivered by Panther, it’ll be a 1-man courier so your box will be dropped at the main entrance of your home. For a flat building, this’ll be the main entrance of the building.
  • We’ll need access to a lift for any deliveries to higher than the third floor of a flat building. If no lift is available, your courier will drop your package at the entrance of the building.
  • For any deliveries where the courier enters your home, they should be wearing protective PPE. If they’re not wearing it, you can ask them to.
  • Delivery may take a bit longer to some parts of the UK and you might be charged. This can be down to the location or the availability of our couriers. We won’t surprise you with any hefty charges though - any prices will be displayed at checkout.
  • We try to always make sure we’ve got good stock of everything, but sometimes a part of your order might take longer to arrive. This will be made clear at checkout with the get it by date next to each of your items.
