If you're not happy with your mattress, just let us know within your 1 year trial and we’ll pick it up straight from your bedroom for free, and fully refund your purchase. No questions asked.
You can return it in any condition (we know that it won't always look brand new once you've slept on it). And don’t worry about trying to squeeze it back in the box. You’d have to be superhuman to manage that marvellous feat.

365 day trial
If you’re not happy with your eve sleep product during its home trial period, all you have to do is let us know and we’ll arrange a free collection at a time that suits you.
As soon as we receive your return, we’ll process your refund. No questions asked.
Your refund will be sent to the payment method you used to place your order once our warehouse has received, inspected and accepted your return.
For debit card, credit card, your refund should reach your account within 1-7 working days.
If you paid for a nominated day delivery slot, this additional delivery cost will not be refunded.

If you used one of our offers or discounts, such as a free pillow, you’re still entitled to home trials on certain products.
If you don’t return the free products within their return policy, their price (at the time of your purchase) will be deducted from your refund. Any free products won’t be eligible for a return in exchange for a refund or any other form of compensation.
